I highly recommend Chris if you have any issues with mold or mildew. I called to let him know I had some mold and he came out the very next day. He worked fast and efficiently and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The beams in my basement looked brand new after he left.

We were very pleased with Pure Maintenance! We had mold and air quality issues after having foundation work done. We inquired with two similar companies that were not going to be available to treat the space for over a month and gave us quotes for CONSIDERABLY more than Pure Maintenance. Chris was wonderful to work with, was able to get to us quickly, was prompt, thorough in his work, and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend Pure Maintenance of Southwest Virginia!

Pure Maintenance was recommended by my health care provider in an effort to address long-standing allergy issues. The company representative, Chris, is very knowledgeable and professional. He provided a detailed description of the process and assistance with the preparations that are recommended to ensure the most effective treatment. Follow-up testing verified the success of the treatment. I am very pleased with the outcome of the treatment and the ease with which it was accomplished

He not only helped identify the source of the mold and treated it he give me amazing information to move forward with to help combat this horrible mold. Since the treatment I have felt so much better! It has helped with restless legs at night, brain fog and the feeling I was having of shortness of breath, they have all improved! A+ service!!

Chris was very informative and told us about the whole process of the dry fog treatment. We had issues with a few types of mold in multiple locations of our home and since he has come and treated our place, the air has felt so much lighter! We have even noticed we have less sinus/congestion problems when we wake up in the morning. Thanks again for coming out and helping me and my family have a mold free home! Highly recommend this to anyone with mold in their home!!!

Very pleased with services! Chris went above and beyond to remove mold from our basement. He removed moldy drywall and wood and completed the two step mold treatment process. He made recommendations to keep mold away in the future. Very professional and super friendly! I am breathing better just a week after treatment.
